Menus 

File

Start a new blank document.
Open an existing document.
Close the document and all the related views.
Various save methods.
Export the data in a given channel as a standard wave document. (only active for multi-channel files)
Save either the active window or the entire screen as bitmap picture. 
Load or save the application configuration.
Printing the active document or the entire screen
Recent files. (may not be available for Macquirer)

Edit

Undo the last editing operation. (only one level of undo operation is possible)
Normal editing operations.
Clear the selected region to the reference value set in the Option->Display dialog. (either manually entered or through the menu)
Normal selection operations.

Zoom

Undo the last zooming operation.
Zoom into the file by doubling the time scale.
Zoom out by halving the time scale.
Zoom into the selected area.
Zoom from the marker position for the duration stated in Option->Zoom.
Zoom to the original file time length.

Channels

Sets he reference level for all channels, except acoustics, using the value at the marker. 

You can manually adjust this value in Option->Display.

Record/Play

Only active for multi-channel data acquisition. A scope view to see all the channel before sampling. 
Start recording process.
Play all the acoustic data channel.
Play selection of the acoustic data channel.
Play data shown in the current window of the acoustic data channel.

Analysis

Perform FFT/LPC analysis at the marker position or on the selected region for the acoustics data channel.
Perform spectrogram analysis on all or selection of data or data shown on the active window for the acoustics data channel.
Perform fundamental frequency extraction analysis for the acoustics data channel.
Perform energy (RMS amplitude) for all data channels
Perform running average smoothing over given number of points for all the data channels except the acoustic data channel. 

Labels

Enter and exit label entering mode. See label operation for detail.
View all the current labels in an spreadsheet like data table. See label operation for detail.

Log

Start a blank log file. 
Open an existing log file. New data entries will be appended to the end of this file.
Normal save operations.
Enter data at the location of the marker. Enters data depending what window you are entering data from.
Enter duration data. Enters data depending on what window you are entering from.
Enter data. Selection Enters data from the main window for all the shown channels with time interval specified in Log option.
Enter formants at the marker from spectrogram window.
Enter formants form the selection from spectrogram window.
Enter pitch and intensity values from pitch window.
Enter pitch and intensity values from selection from pitch window.
Enter all pitch and intensity values from pitch window.
Enter formants and bandwidths form FFT/LPC window
Enter the entire FFT/LPC frame data.
